LIVE: MAN UTD 0-0 SOUTHAMPTON

13'Darmian picks up possession inside United's half but just as he tries to slip a pass through to Schneiderlin, Long presses him well and forces the ball out for a United throw-in.
11'Blind steals possession away from Tadic outside United's box and sets up Martial on the counter attack. But just as the striker tries to drive into a pocket of space outside Southampton's penalty area, Bertrand brings him down for a free kick to the hosts.
9'Borthwick-Jackson bursts forward down the left-hand side for United but as he looks to pick out Martial with a cross, his attempt flies out of bounds and hands Southampton a goal kick as a result.
7'Fellaini seizes possession inside Southampton's half and quickly plays in Martial, but the France international slices a shot wide of the target as space opens up for him outside the visitors' box.
5'Mane bursts forward on the counter attack for Southampton but as he tries to set up a one-two with Long, the Irishman's reverse pass gets cut out well by Smalling inside United's penalty area.
3'Lingard picks up the ball in the middle of the park and drives forward for United, but he misplaces a pass towards Rooney and allows Van Dijk to get Southampton back in control of possession.
1'Southampton get us under way here at Old Trafford. The man in charge of the cards for today's affair is Mike Jones.

TEAM NEWS: Ronald Koeman has made two alterations to the team which started Southampton's 3-0 win over West Bromwich Albion last weekend. Jordy Clasie and Dusan Tadic both get the chance to impress from the get go this afternoon. New signing Charlie Austin is also amongst the substitutes for the visitors.
TEAM NEWS: Louis van Gaal has made just one change to the side which started United's 1-0 win over Liverpool in their last league game. Cameron Borthwick-Jackson comes into the first eleven in place of Ashley Young, who drops out of the squad through injury. Adnan Januzaj is also on the bench for the hosts.
Southampton, on the other hand, will also be arriving at the Theatre of Dreams today with confidence flowing after securing back-to-back league wins in their last two games. The Saints are also unbeaten in their last two trips to Old Trafford, winning 1-0 last season.
United are heading into today's encounter in high spirits following their closely-fought 1-0 win over Liverpool at Anfield last Sunday. The Red Devils are unbeaten in their last four league games as they look to keep pace with Tottenham Hotspur in the race for a top-four finish.
